Setting Presence in Teams

Click on the profile icon in the top right corner in Teams & click on the first option in the drop down menu to select a status




Quick Set Presence in Teams

Click on the icon to bring up hidden task bar icons, right click on the Teams icon and select status from the drop down menu

If you have Teams already open, you can set your presence by mousing over the Teams window on the task bar and click on an status icon





Changing your presence in Teams will change it across all  signed in Office 365 apps. Some apps can automatically change your presence, see:  Presence - Your Availability Status & Viewing Others
