Check if the correct devices are set in Teams
Go into Teams and click on profile icon in the top right and select Settings from the drop-down menu
Go into the Devices tab ensure the Speaker & Microphone options are set to either ‘Headset Earphone/Microphone (2-Plantronics BT600)’ or ‘PLT Focus Headset/Microphone’ if not change them
Check your computer’s volume
Check the volume on your computer, click on the speaker icon next to the time & date to check the volume levels
Pairing Headset method 1
Turn off the headset with the power switch
Remove the USB dongle
Reconnect the USB dongle
Turn the headset back on and wear it
If you hear ‘PC connected’ the headset has been paired successfully
If this doesn't work try method 2 below
Pairing Headset method 2
Turn off the headset with the power switch
Use a pen or needle sized object to press and hold the button on the side of the USB dongle
After holding the button for at least 5 seconds turn the headset back on and wear it
If you hear ‘PC connected’ the headset has been paired successfully
