If you receive an error saying no microphone/webcam is detected while attempting to join a Microsoft Teams or Zoom meeting/call. Check to see if your microphone/webcam is disabled in Window's Privacy settings:
Open your Start Menu and search 'Privacy'
Either open Camera Privacy or Microphone Privacy settings from the start menu or open Privacy Settings and then select them from the left panel
Ensure 'Camera/Microphone access for this device' is ON (use the 'Change' button if it set to off) & the toggle under 'Allow apps to access your camera/microphone' is set to ON
