Participants can join a Teams meeting without a Microsoft 365 account or license and without installing the Microsoft Teams application.
They can do this by joining the Teams meeting with through one of the following web browsers:
- Microsoft Edge; or
- Google Chrome
Participants will require a meeting invitation/link and a computer with speakers and microphone or headset, and a webcam for video conferencing.
Open the link in the internet browser (Chrome or Edge) and choose the "Join on the web option"
Allow access to microphone and camera
Enter participants name and click on "Join now"
The meeting organiser will need to join the meeting and "Admit" any external parties.
