If you’re having computer troubles such as issues with hardware, needing assistance to use a program or just have a quick query feel free to send a ticket to the IT team.
All queries, requests and issues can be sent to IT@somerville.org.au CC relevant managers and staff as needed. You’ll receive an email from our ‘Zendesk’ ticketing system with a ticket number confirming that your request has been received.
If you are experiencing a fault which prevents you from sending an email, please call IT at the Wagaman office and a ticket will be created for you.
