Keep Laptop On after Closing the Lid

Right click on the battery icon  located in the taskbar next to your time & date.

Select Power Options

Select 'Choose what closing the lid does' from the list in the left of the window that opens



Change the 3rd drop down menu on the right (When I close the lid, Plugged in) to 'Do Nothing'  the click 'Save changes'
