Transfer a Call
In an active call tap on the triple dot icon
Tap on Transfer
The call is now placed on hold & is displayed on the top of the screen
Select 'Consult first'
Enter a name or number
Tap on the contact you're transferring to call & speak to them
Tap the transfer icon next to the call that's on hold
Tap 'OK' to confirm transfer
Wait for 'Transfer successful' to appear on screen then hang up
If the contact you're transferring to does not answer tap on the triangle play icon to resume speaking with the caller on hold
In an active call tap on the triple dot icon
Tap 'Put a call on hold'
To resume a call on hold press the triangle play icon
In an active call tap on the triple dot icon
Tap 'Park Call'
The call is placed on hold and you'll receive a Park Code
To pick up a park call, go to the Calls screen and tap the Park Call icon
Enter the park code and tap 'Ok'
